Obsidian object studies
Dark mirror / near-black object macros — the studio at its most nocturnal. A glossy black form that reflects only the firelight at its edges; a curved dark silhouette against a pale room. These are the "shadow" studies: the same objects as everywhere else, photographed so the material disappears into the dark and only the shape and the rim light survive.
The obsidian vocabulary is literal in the Zeda Genesys sphere (glossy obsidian core) and atmospheric in the showroom's curved dark forms.
